I just tried Cornell and Diehl's Haunted Bookshop for the first time. I never knew C&D had an equivalent for Mixture 79.

Can it really be that bad, Steve?

| I was really surprised. It has that same sort of scented aroma, and it doesn't really go away down the bowl like it does with 79. The plus side is that it does have some actual burley tobacco flavor to it, so it's not all that bad. But if you've ever smoked 79, you'll definitely recognize the aroma. I will say that not a single reviewer on tobaccoreviews.com mentions the Mixture 79 connection, so it could be something peculiar to my batch, or it could just be me, but as Monk would say, "I don't think so". |

Yeah, I know, I'm not going by the list. It turned out that I had already tried 6 of the 14 blends, so I'm going to try the ones first that I haven't already tried.
And please don't forgo the HB on my account - you may have a completely different reaction. |

Well, I think it was 5:03 here, but I don't know for sure, after all, I was asleep...or at least half-way. And ted, some tobacco does affect me that way - I try not to smoke after about 9 p.m.
I usually wake up between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. whether I want to or not and just sit on the couch and watch Fox News for a while, or get on the computer, so that's why I was here at that time. Nothing else to do...including sleep.
