Some searching revealed the following

From the above, Louis B. Linkman was born in Austria, possibly Vienna, in  Sept. 1868, or maybe 1869

Also see that Louis immigrated to America in 1873.

It appears that Mary E. and May Rose were names Louis' wife used.

Interesting also that in 1900 Census, August Fisher, Sarah Amalberger, Lyda Teehan, Ida Goehringer, Adelaide Nickel, Lucy Wells.. were listed in Louis' household.  August Fisher was Louis' early business partner and eventual Vice Pres. of the company Louis would later head .  Maybe Louis' household was a boarding house, common at the time.
