Dr. Grabow Pipes

Yesterday evening my meat heated son-in-law called. Asked if they could drop off their girls for a couple of hours while they went to Wallyworld. When they got here I took them to the basement where the toys are.My shop is in the next room.So I'm setting at the bench looking over those pipes from RJ and the youngest girl comes in-she's 2. She picks up an old Wally Frank cutty-horn looking pipe,looks at me,with a pipe in my mouth,then the pipe,back at me and then popped the pipe in her mouth.The way she handled the pipe you'd think she has been at it a while!

Cute kid. I have a group of street kids in Olongopo that follow me around imitating smoking a pipe when I visit the Philippines. They remember me from trip to trip and call me 'Popeye' because that is the only context in which they know of someone who smokes a pipe. If I wouldn't feed them everyday they probably would leave me alone but I'm a sucker that way and I can feed half a dozen of them for a couple of dollars.

Sign 'er up for the DGCF and register her for the Dr. Grabow special offers! A few more years of apprenticeship and you'll have an assistent pipe repairm... repair person in your shop! Or maybe she'll just want to pre-smoke your finished pipes . . . --RJ--

Wonderful shots. Grandkids are great. My grandson's grandma would shoot me on sight if I made a picture like that of him. Hmm - might have to try it - I can dodge bullets pretty well.
