In a few days I'll be off for six weeks of hedonistic pleasure in the Philippines and Thailand. I'm attaching a couple of pic's of my pipe rotation that I will take with me.
There are 2 Frank Medico bulldogs, 1 Regal, 2 Westbrooks, 1 Golden Duke and 1 Hillcrest.
I have well over 70 pipes in my rotation at home but when I travel I have to take the most durable, useable pipes I own. Since I smoke from awakening to bedtime, I take pipes that can handle 3 smokes a day - 2 pipes each day for a total of 6 bowls of tobacco. I've noticed that my Sasieni's, Savinelli's, and even the Peterson's get too dirty, too fast, sweat too much and simply can't handle that kind of abuse. Grabow's and Medico's however, just keep providing a good smoke with, of course, a good bristle pipe cleaner used frequently.

Lefty
Those two Medico dawgs look great, as well as, the Westbrook Lovat. I am puffing on a Bertram Lovat at the moment filled with 50/50 PA/CH. _________________ Happy puffing

Is that Medico with the Gold band a Gold Crest? I have several Medicos in my rotation. Always been good smokers. I'll trade a pouch of Mixture #79 and a spit shined Lark for that Grabow Author!! Have fun In PI. I envy you!! _________________ The only thing shorter than my memory is a certain part of my anatomy! |

| I have come to favor tampon filter pipes for these road trip rotations. It is so much easier to change the filter regularly, than it is to swab pipes. They simply stay fresh & dry longer. |

Feb 14. Good day, my B-Day. Skip that ebay hassle and gift it to me.
I almost bought that Belvedere you had on your ebay list but the wife wouldn't allow it this time. *D`OH* Maybe next time.
Nice rotation! _________________ I'm now an Army of one...among many.
