I heard on the radio that the Great American Smokeout is today. I hope everyone will smoke a few extra bowls today in honor of this event.

While I was out and about today I made a point of taking my pipe into and out of places I don't normally take it. Got a lot of "You know you can't smoke in here?" Just showed them the empty pipe and went on about my business.

HA! That's pretty cool, Terry. I was thinking of going outside for lunch and taking a pipe with me but the rain prevented me this time. I'm glad you got some "other than smoking" mileage out of your pipe! I bet the people that told you you weren't supposed to smoke were wound up tight as Dick's hatband, weren't they!

Smoked almost back to back in celebration today! Had my pipe and pouch sticking out of my shirt pocket while shopping with the wife.(usually leave it in the car)

Steve, by this time I should know better, but it never ceases to amaze me how just the sight of an unlit pipe, cigar or cigarette can set some people off on a tirade. Must be the 'third-hand smoke' Smile
