Broke my Grand Duke!But I think I may have fixed it. When i went to light up I felt something snap. A piece broke out of the button.Thought I would try that universal ABS-PVC- CPVC glue that I used on that other stem. Worked better this time as I was able to get the glue in between the pieces and the glue could work as it should. Also tried to fill some deep tooth marks with it,dont think that will hold up as the glue is softer than the ABS. It also dries kinda white-gray. Black sharpie took care of that! Might end up with black lips and my teeth stuck to the stem! If you break an ABS stem try out that glue.

I've been using some PVC glue for repairing cobs. The little metal shank ring always comes off, and sometimes the shank leaves the cob bowl. It works for that.

I expect one day, Oz, you're going to start with a small piece of a pipe, and then show us how to build a pipe from that piece out of epoxy and thread.
