What do we have to do to show up on Google?

I just typed in Dr. Grabow Collectors as a search term to Google. Got RJ's page, and a thread on a Cigar forum where TM posted, but nothing on this forum.

Bin wondering the same thing myself. There "bots" are always on the site!
Maybe just give it time or actually pay for the site so it has its on URL which I might consider if maybe we could sell some Garbos as a fund raiser. Maybe I (or one of you) could talk to Jim.

If you notice on the bottom there is usually at least one unregistered user. This is most always google searching for key words for their Adverts on the top of the page.

...don't know why then the results don't start feeding into Google search?

Myabe it does take time. I tried adding meta tags and keywords to the forum but couldnt figure out how. I think we need to upgrade to an actual web address. I can't afford that now but will ask Grabow to maybe stamp some pipes for us "CF" or "Collectors Forum" under the regular stamp as a fundraiser but haven't gotten the balls to ask him yet. Plus he's been away.

One step you can take is get some webmasters to post a link to here on their site

as for meta tags and keywords
Collector,grabow,pipes,estate,smoking pipes,

make a trade if they put a link to here you will post a link to there
most will do it gladly

The more links you have out the faster Google will pick it up

other than that just keep posting the more you post the higher up to the top you will get

I have had some forums that make it in a couple weeks and a thousand posts
