Shamin' is not intended. As I said, most of these have been passed on to others, some on this forum, over the years. I have about that many more in the photo file I'll stick up some day ... just an idea of the variety of Sparta products we have out there ... Enjoy!

Proud new owner of the Dr G. Big Pipe in the photo. Dave is one awesome friend- you know the kind of guy you can call at midnight when your car doesn't start and u are at a local bar.
Wildcat

@Rich: Love my DG Big pipes.

@Dave: Love the Willards! I'm down to one now, my first. The pipe that brought me here to the DGCF. One day plan on getting others. It was the Willard that led me to your book as well. Thx for sharing!

Since the topic is showing which DG / Linkman lines we collect, here are 3 of the lines I collect, albeit particular shapes and not the entire line.

Nice collections Joe
That 78 is nice
JoeMan

I'm thinking the smooth and the wire carved are both 78, but is there one even smaller? The smooth one is the same size bowl, but the stem is shorter.

I said three lines, and then my phone would not allow me to upload the 3rd line last night.  Here we go.

I didnt see the stem on the wire carved 78 clearly due to reflection so didnt realize it was a 78.  Nice pair.  My Belvedere 78 is 5" long and the Westy 78 is 4 7/8" long.

Those Commodores are sweet.
pipesbywhitney

The Commodores are just exceptional ... the others beautiful!

I really like the looks of the setters. I am going to have to start searching......
I am so glad I have a patient wife. Every time a small package comes in the mail she just hands it to me and shakes her head.
At least she acknowledges the enjoyment and stress relief aspect of my new hobby.
I really appreciate all of the open conversation and shared knowledge.
Thanks,
Dp

Still pretty much the same collection with a couple more older Linkmans now , a couple of 25's, Eldorado 69 and another Ampohra poker

OK, OK, I'll play

I don't collect specific lines, but I'm partial to certain shapes...

I finally had a 7 day set of the 81s, and recently tripped over another in the Amphora line.  Amphora hasn't been cleaned up yet.

As with everyone ELSE, LOL, I also am partial to the 85s...  I've gotten these from some generous members who either sold or gifted these to me and really like the way they smoke.

I'm up to about 75-80 pipes now, and probably 85% are grabow...  They typically speak to me a bit more than the others.

Dave G

Beautiful pipes fellas.

@ Joe, the Commodore's.... Wow!!

@ Dave W, That Royalton bulldog is stunning.

I'm working on getting a complete set of Continentals. I have 11 of the 12. See if you can spot the imposter.

TigerJack

I see a lot of beautiful 81's here which is my favorite shape of all, I have 17 & still looking for more , I will post another picture soon , I also like the 83's & have 11 of them  along with a 100 or more different Grabows and other brands as well. JoeMan

Until Dave finds his 41...that 33 took its parking spot!

For some reason, the Grabow approach to the author shape appealed to me rather early on (been collecting DG for over 5 years now).  Most other shapes that I like within DG I've got one of, maybe two.  I'm an 81 junkie!
Uncle Rich

I respect those of u who like all these shapes, but for me larger billiard, pot or apple with a straight stem makes my choosing so easy.
