Omega Stuck Stem

Hi,

Updated post on the new Omega:
This one is much bigger than the first one I got.  This one will be great for driving to and from work.  I fill the bowl once and usually finish it about half way home.  This one should last both ways.    Razz

Now I need to somehow figure out which two I have so I can try for the third size.  Any thoughts?

Original Post:
I just got my second Omega but the stem is stuck.  I read the other stuck stem thread but that seemed to need a different approach?  Any help would be appreciated.

Got it.  Stuck it in the frig for a little while and that did the trick   Very Happy

Cool move. How is the newest Omega?....ted

Ted, the condition is great.  Again this one seems to have been smoked very little or at all.  I am very happy with this one too.  I seemed to have lucked out!

(I just put an edited note in the first post above).

Sorry to ask yet another question.  Would someone please look at this Omega for me?  It has a different stem that I like and would like to know where to buy one like it.  I'm guessing this is a replacement stem and that Omegas never came with this stem?

Never saw one like that! I'd guess that someone has had a new stem made for it. Nice though!!

Does that fancy stem take the filter?  I've got some fancy stems that might fit an Omega but they are not filter stems.

Not original. Somebody had this one made. A pipe shop with repair facilities might be able to fit an Omega with a lucite stem...ted

Irishlefty, I don't know if that stem takes a filter.  But, would I need to have a filtered stem?  In otherwords, might a stem that would be narrower on the inside work?  Does that make sense????
