VelvetI'm waiting for a TAD order to arrive.Got tubs of PA,CH,SWR,Walnut & a pouch of '79' due anyday. Picked up a pouch of Velvet-Americas Smoothest Smoke- to try because it's the last of my B&M's offering's for me to try.  Holy Crap! HORRIBLE! I forced myself to finish one bowl waiting for something(could'nt even do that with my friends CBW). Ive heard said it takes multiple bowls to know a baccy...but I can't do it. The sight of the pouch makes me wanna lose my lunch! I love Pinkerton's Five Brother's and once and awhile H&H but BLAH! Am I missing something?......

Haven't bought any in a good while but used to buy the 14 oz. tin once in a while. I prefer CH or SWR or even H&H though.

I keep velvet here but never buy it in a pouch
It has to be dried some before smoking
It kind of like an aromatic prince albert

Velvet is funny it has a good taste its just so wet that it has to be dried before its fit to smoke
as it dries the taste gets a bit liter and it smooths out
