Thought maybe that was a GBD. I think they call the clear stems "persplex" or some such.
I'll post pics of the pipes Mac is sending. I am curious about the pipe he wants me to work on !

Steve, the pipes hit the long, dusty trail this afternoon. Also sent a bit of my favorite tobacco. Try that on...Not enough to fill either pipe, but...
Since you were on "The Dome" today, really hope you got down before the electrical storms, otherwise your wife might have to send the tobacco. Seriously, hope you missed it...ted |

Steve, We'll get around to the tobacco....
Are the pipes big enough for you? The Apple has a defect inside the bowl that might cause it to burn out eventually. Couldn't tell how hard or soft it was around the defect.

| Yes - the pipes came today. They are pretty doggone large! I noticed the defect you are talking about in the apple. Maybe I could make up some pipe mud and fill it. Wonder if Bondo would work? At any rate, thanks for sending them ted, I'll get them tried out here pretty soon and let you know how they smoke. That will indeed be interesting! |
